Dakar, 30 Janv, (lelegancetv) – Placé sous mandat de dépôt en même temps et pour le même dossier que son frère, Serigne Saliou, sa belle-mère, Mabintou Diaby, et le nommé Serigne Omar Mbaye, un ami de son père, Madiambal Diagne, dans le cadre de l’instruction de l’affaire Ellipse Projects, Mouhamed bénéficie d’une liberté provisoire avec port du bracelet électronique. Il souhaite désormais être totalement blanchi parce que, affirme-t-il, les actes et qualités qui lui sont imputés au sein de la SGI Pharaon, au centre des soupçons de la justice, ne seraient que pure création de son père, en complicité avec son épouse. C’est pourquoi il a saisi la DIC d’une plainte déposée mercredi 21 janvier.
Lors de son audition à domicile- puisqu’il est assigné à résidence-, Mouhamed Diagne a expliqué aux enquêteurs le sens de sa démarche. D’après Libération, qui a donné l’information, le plaignant a déclaré que celle-ci «s’inscrit dans un esprit de coopération loyale avec l’autorité judiciaire et dans la volonté de faire établir les responsabilités réelles tout en mettant fin à l’imputation de faits qu’il n’a ni commis ni cautionné». Le journal de poursuivre : «Mouhamed Diagne a également sollicité le rétablissement de ses droits ainsi qu’une réparation juste et appropriée au regard du préjudice qu’il aurait subi du fait de cette usurpation.»
Rappelons que le fils de Madiambal Diagne poursuit son père et sa belle-mère pour «faux et usage de faux, usurpation d’identité, escroquerie, abus de confiance, détournement de fonds sociaux, blanchiment de capitaux, recel, abus de pouvoirs du gérant, gestion fait et complicité».
